Abra Desktop apps
Apps need to be registered before they can be tested.
Note: Only organisation administrators can register new apps.
Apps can be registered using Abra Desktop and Abra Dashboard. We recommend using Abra Desktop, because it can extract installed apps from Android devices, Android emulators, iOS devices and iOS simulators.
Register app using Abra Desktop
To register an app using Abra Desktop, follow these steps:
Open Abra Desktop.
Select an Organisation from the "Organisation"-dropdown.
Select a Team from the "Team"-dropdown.
Open the "App" dropdown.
Select "Create app".
Proceed with required steps in the pop-up.
Android devices and apps
Abra Desktop uses adb to list connected devices and extract installed apps.

If your app is not listed, you might need to update your package visibility.
iOS devices and apps
Abra Desktop uses devicectl and simctlto list connected devices and extract installed apps.
Is your device not listed? Check our Abra Desktop devices article.
If your app is not listed, you should file a bug report at Apple.
Register app using Abra Dashboard
Open Abra Dashboard.
Select an Organisation.
Navigate to "Organisation settings".
Switch to the "Apps" tab.
Select "Create app".
Proceed with required steps in the pop-up.
